I would highly recommend Jim Davis at JMT Coffee and Espresso Repair. I live in Delaware and had a quick question with regard to a La San Marco espresso grinder. Jim did not know me and I was certainly not local to KY, however, he helped me greatly. Jim immediately was aware of a source that could answer my specific question. He provided me with the name and telephone number of that source. I quickly made the call and the problem was resolved. In a situation where Jim could have discontinued the telephone call, he was instead personable, interested and helpful. I was very impressed!

Before we opened The Moonbow Coffeehouse, we purchased a used La Marzocco 3 group espresso machine. We asked Jim to inspect, clean, and make any repairs necessary. Not only was Jim thorough, he also had it back to us in a timely manner and at a reasonable cost. When Jim told us he also did consulting we immediately signed up for it. Just before opening our doors, Jim visited our coffeehouse and gave us some pointers that have since turned out to be right on the mark.
